CHANGES SINCE 2024
Learn how Mecatron was able to clinch first place in SAUVC 2025
NON-TECHNICAL CHANGES
Our team experienced meaningful maturation, with each member thoughtfully reflecting on previous mistakes.
We expanded our team size while shifting focus toward mentorship, empowering more team members to contribute effectively. Additionally, we implemented more comprehensive documentation practices and strategic planning processes.

TECHNICAL CHANGES
We strategically prioritized well-established, battle-tested approaches with a strong emphasis on reliability, choosing these over more innovative but potentially unstable methods.
This calculated decision enabled us to approach the competition with significantly higher confidence and substantially reduced the risk of unpredictable outcomes, ultimately strengthening our technical execution
